Creating an account is useful. After you add products to your cart, you get multiple checkout options. You can Login, Register, or Guest checkout. If you have your account created, you can easily login and check the status of your order anytime. However, if you do a guest checkout, you may need to contact us for any order updates, if required.
VEEROBOT accepts most payment methods. On the checkout page, you can either do a bank transfer, or choose Razorpay for one of the online payment methods. If you need any other options like cheque payment, or wire transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping within India
We ship products across the country through various channel partners. Some of our major shipping partners are FedEx, Delhivery and XpressBees. Depending on the shipping location, we choose the best carrier. In case you have a preference, kindly contact us immediately after the order is placed so that we can make necessary arrangements.
International Shipping
For international shipments, please contact us before placing the order. Though we ship worldwide, there are various regulations and documentations to be prepared for different countries and we will take care of it to make sure your shipment arrives on time. However, do note that any custom charges and taxes levied in your country should be borne by you.
All shop orders will be generally shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation. If you have made a bank transfer, or a cheque payment, the orders will be shipping once the payment is cleared from the bank.
For custom orders like custom drones, custom robots, we would already communicate to you before ordering about the time to make the product.
Once the order is shipped, depending on your location, weight of the product and shipping methods, it will be delivered between 2-7 working days. Once your order is placed, please check your account to track the order using the provided tracking details.
