Flex Sensor - 2.2"

This Flex Sensor stands at 2.2 inch which bends and flexes with a physical device. When the sensor is bent (yes, the sensor is flexible as the name says), the resistance across the sensor increases. Resistance of this sensor changes in accordance with the bend and can be measured using any microcontroller. The connector pins are 0.1inch spaced and breadboard friendly.
These sensors are used in Robotics, Gaming, Medical devices, Musical instruments and any other projects which require a device to detect of an object.

Good to Know

• The base of the sensor is sensitive to bending and may get damaged. Make sure that to bend only the sensing area.
• We have tested it at 5v and should works on 3.3v too
• The connectors are fragile. Make sure you take atmost care while pushing it into breadboard holes
